In the 1st year of the PhD we learned that we have to write scientific articles.
We had a meeting with all the doctoral students of the school together with the director and the secretary... in which they explained to us from the contract and regulations what indicators we must meet in order to complete our studies.
And at the beginning of the 1st year of my PhD, I had to deal with writing and publishing scientific articles.
I didn't know what it entailed.
At first I knew nothing about writing scientific articles.
My generation at least didn't have an academic writing program during their undergraduate years.

In year 1 together with a colleague we thought of writing the first article and sending it for publication.

I tried to submit to other magazines, and we got rejection after rejection.
I didn't understand what they were missing, what they should look like, what journals were looking for in a scientific article... I was already afraid to submit any more articles to a journal because of the rejections.

Year 1 was compromised of article writing.
Year 2 followed and we had to attend conferences. The university conferences were already starting in the fall. I participated with two papers in the abstract version.
But, in the same way, I was not able to publish them when I had them in their final form, in the extenso version.

In 2016 I started attending more conferences with an abstract.
My goal was that for each presentation of the candidates, I would write down my theme, what purpose they formulated, what objectives they used, what methods they applied and what results they reached.
I was even writing down my questions from the hall. That way I knew what questions the journal's editors and reviewers would actually ask themselves as well.

In 2017, I was already in my 3rd year, with up-to-date reports, participation in conferences and no published articles... I did not meet the conditions to enter the supporting exam.
During the 3 years of doctoral studies, you must document yourself, develop research methodology, apply research tools, write, support scientific reports, publish scientific articles and participate in international conferences.
Normally you can do this in year 3 as well. But year 3 goes by very quickly.
So you should focus only on writing your PhD thesis, because this work has many stages to go through and it takes a lot of time to bring it to its final form.

I looked for specific books on the subject and was disappointed that I couldn't find anything that interested me.
The first semester course on academic writing didn't help me on the practical side either.
There were too many questions and too many unanswered problems. And the teachers didn't have enough time for us.

We talked to our professor and he recommended that in the first year we should not publish articles, but rather focus on learning how to write articles.

It was not at all easy for me to look for materials on how I could write scientific articles.

I remember that at the conference in the fall of 2015, a professor from Timișoara had come and had a seminar dedicated to doctoral students about where they should publish articles.
