MY PATH

In 2019, I had the idea to found the Graduateble brand. And for 2 years I worked on its implementation.

So in 2021 I launched the Graduateble website.

I founded this brand to meet students and PhD students who are having problems on the academic writing side.

I have offered consulting and coaching hours (both 1 to 1 and group) to more than 200 students from different education cycles: bachelor's, master's and doctorate and from various areas of activity: economics, philosophy, etc.

During 2019-2021, I enrolled in a 2-year postdoctoral program, which I successfully completed.

Wanting to further deepen the research side and take the research to a higher scientific level, I opted for a 4-year PhD program. Taking the maximum qualification.

I was the first PhD student in Romania, who studied life coaching in the context of Human Resource Management.

I participated in the 3MT competition, regarding the presentation of the doctoral thesis in 3 minutes, where I reached the last selection stage in Coimbra, where I took the 2nd prize and the popularity prize from the public.

Also then I taught at the university and graduated from several programs in coaching, training, personal development, project management, etc.

During my doctoral years, I had the opportunity to analyze over 500 diploma theses (doctoral theses), from 3 university centers: Iași, Bucharest and Cluj. A total of 1000 works.

I have participated in countless doctoral theses defenses to improve my presentations and speech.

I followed a 2-year master's program, in which I got the maximum qualification. During my master's degree, I participated in the student Olympiad of young economists, taking 2nd place

I was also a student like you. I graduated from a 3-year undergraduate program at the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iasi. In which I got the highest qualification at the defense of the diploma.

So, all these years, I have been concerned with the desire to do quality research.

ISI PAPERS

We have published ISI yellow zone articles with impact factor 2.03, ISI proceedings and BDI indexed in Web of Science (the best databases): ProQuest, Emerald, Scopus, Ebsco Host, etc.

BDI PAPERS

In my publications, which are more than 25 in number, I have addressed quantitative, qualitative, as well as mixed research.

In my studies and works, I applied qualitative and quantitative research methods such as: case studies, experiments, interviews, focus groups, survey and observation. On which we worked with large and small samples.

We generated new theories (grounded theory), we applied phenomenology, regression, correlations; the inductive, abductive and deductive approach etc.

CITATION

To date, I have 50 citations from my publications made both as a sole author and in collaboration with other colleagues of mine from different specialized areas.

REVIEWER

I am a reviewer when requested. So I offer feedback to both students and PhD students from Romania and abroad.

SPEAKER

To which is added my participation as a speaker with written papers at scientific seminars and international conferences (more than 15), including in London, the Czech Republic and many others.

I presented both scientific articles, essays and posters.

ANALYSIS

During my student years, I analyzed more than 500 diploma theses (bachelor's, master's and doctorate) from abroad. Having access to platforms with such works.

In the 12 years I analyzed thousands of books and scientific articles.

TRAINING

During all these years, I have perfected myself on the Academic Writing side, participating in countless: internships in universities, trainings, workshops, courses, reading courses, cutting-edge scientific articles and specialized books...

A dissertation is a more complex research project than an undergraduate thesis. But not as complex as a PhD thesis.

In other words, your job is to ask a research question (or set of questions) and then set out to find the answer(s). Simple enough, right?
