Order policy

Access to place orders is allowed to any buyer from Romania, from the countries of the European Union, as well as from outside the European Union, where we can send our course online. Our product will be delivered immediately after confirming the payment to the e-mail address specified by the customer in the order form.

1. Purchase course

The order can only be placed through our website www.graduateble.com. In order to purchase our online course, access the order form.
The customer can place the order on the website by adding our online course to the shopping cart, then complete the order, making the payment, through one of the methods indicated.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt and registration of your order.
The seller will send the buyer the invoice related to the order exclusively in electronic format, by e-mail, to the e-mail address mentioned by the buyer in his account.
Adding the course to the shopping cart, without completing the Order, does not entail the registration of an order.

2. Price

Before confirming the order, you are always informed about the total price to be paid and you will always have the opportunity to check and possibly correct the order. The price of the course sold through the graduateble.com website is expressed in LEI and includes VAT.
In the case of online payments, the seller is not responsible for any other additional costs borne by the buyer, including commissions applied by the bank issuing his card.
The buyer is solely responsible for this action.
As this course will only be delivered in digital format and not in printed format (physical format), there are no shipping costs. The price displayed on the website is the final purchase price, including all taxes.
The price of the course on this SITE is informative and may undergo unannounced changes.
The promotions presented on the SITE are valid ONLY during the mentioned time period.
In the event that prices or other details relating to the product/promotions have been displayed incorrectly, including due to the fact that they have been incorrectly entered into the database, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery of the respective product and notify the customer by phone/e- email as soon as possible about the error, if the product has not yet been delivered.

3. How can I pay?

The only way to pay is with a bank card. Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA and MASTERCARD logos if they have a CVV2 or CVC2 security code consisting, as a rule, of 3 digits found on the back of the card.
Step 1: Select the payment method "Online with bank card" and press "Complete order".
Step 2: The redirect is done via a secure link on the Stripe bank card payment processor page. You will need to enter the card number, expiry date (both information printed on the card) CVV2/CVC2 code in the form.
Step 3: After completing the order, you will receive confirmation on the bank card processor's page, as well as a confirmation email with transaction details.

4. Is my information secure?

Payments made online are secured by Stripe, all inserted data being protected. The buyer's payment card data is not accessible to us, nor will it be stored by www.graduateble.com or by the payment processor integrated into the site.

5. Are there other payments?

There are no other payments, hidden or not. The only payment is the one made on the site, charged only once. We will never ask you for a payment without notifying you beforehand.

6. Order completion

By completing the order, the customer will receive an e-mail from graduateble.com immediately after confirming the payment. This e-mail is only an automatic confirmation of receipt of the order request from the customer. The contract is considered concluded between the customer and graduateble.com at the moment the customer receives from graduateble.com, via electronic mail (e-mail) the notification of dispatch of the order. In the event that the course ordered by the client cannot be delivered by graduateble.com, we undertake to inform the client of this fact and to return to the client's account the equivalent value of the good, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which graduateble.com became aware of this fact or from the date on which the client expressly expressed his intention to terminate the contract.

7. Accuracy of payment information

By completing the order, the buyer guarantees that all the data provided by him, necessary for the purchase process, are correct, complete and true on the date of placing the order. Users are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of the information provided in the forms available on this site.
For a correct issuance of the invoice related to the order, the buyer is obliged to correctly and completely declare the data necessary for its issuance by filling in all the fields related to the order.
Otherwise, they could bear the consequences of these errors (delayed order on the e-mail address, wrongly sent, etc.).

graduateble.com cannot be held responsible for the information entered erroneously by the customer, which may result in delivery delays to the e-mail address.

8. What will appear on my bank card statement?

You will be able to easily identify any of your orders with us on your credit card statement. Just search for "Lorena Dumitrasciuc" as the seller name or www.graduateble.com as the website name.

9. How you will complete this course

As soon as the payment is approved, you will be automatically redirected to the final page, where you can log in to read the course and download all the bonus files. The course is in online format and can be viewed from your computer, tablet and phone.

10. How do I cancel my purchase and get a full refund?

If the Buyer is not satisfied with the product, he has the right to withdraw from the Contract, without giving any reason and without incurring any other costs. If you want to request a refund, please send us an email requesting the money back within 30 days of purchasing the product, with your full name and order number (or the email used to complete the purchase.)
We will process your cancellation or refund within 72 hours of receiving your request.

11. Our right to refuse orders

Graduateble.com can refuse an order following a prior notification to the customer, without any obligations between the parties and without a party being able to claim damages, for the following situations: - failure / invalidation of the online transaction;
- non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the client's card / the transaction;
- incomplete or incorrect customer data;
- the client's activity may cause damage to the graduateble.com website;-
 non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the Buyer's card, of the transaction, in the case of online payment;- other objective reasons.

12. What else do you need to know?

Graduateble.com is not a bachelor's, master's or PhD thesis writing service. Under no circumstances will I write a student's/PhD's thesis, dissertation or thesis on their behalf.
I act as a consultant, advisor, coach and mentor for students and never as an author of undergraduate theses, dissertations or doctoral thesis.
